zeb/ has been taking on trainees since 2000 in order to provide young people with a successful start to their careers. We offer Management Assistant in Computer Science (m/f) and Office Management Assistant (m/f) traineeships. We have also been training IT Specialists for Application Development since 2007. We are looking for committed, receptive and communicative individuals who would like to complete a traineeship at the headquarter of zeb/. Good school grades are the basic prerequisite. You'll complete your traineeship at the zeb/ head office in Münster. The traineeships start in August every year. In the first year of training, you will learn about the company and its business processes. In the two subsequent years, you will predominantly be working in an environment that reflects your training field. Management Assistants in Computer Science (m/f) and IT Specialists work at zeb/information.technology or in the company's IT administration department; Office Management Assistants (m/f) work in administration, the back office or similar fields. You can come to us as a work experience student and work in different areas of consulting (controlling, IT, sales, organization & process management, transformation management or strategy), in order to gain an insight into the work of a management consulting firm. You can also do work experience in one of our internal departments (research, human resources, recruiting, computer administration). You should be in a late semester of a degree in economics, (business) informatics, (business) mathematics, physics or similar, have achieved excellent grades and have relevant major subjects. Students can take advantage of the opportunity to work as a long-term assistant at zeb/ and obtain a glimpse behind the scenes in the consulting industry. We employ student assistants (m/f) in our research, back office, administration, computer administration departments and at  zeb/information.technology. You will need a good knowledge of Microsoft Office products, an independent approach to work, commitment and a high level of interest. You should be an economics graduate (m/f)  who has gained previous insights into the industry through work experience  at a bank, insurance company and/or firm of management consultants. Ideally, you have completed a bank or insurance traineeship before attending university. You are a (business) informatics, (business) mathematics or physics graduate with a professional profile that supplements your IT-specific know how with basic business management know-how, and your have proven your analytical and conceptual strengths in work experience.
